You directly put your order on our website.
- You choose your shipping method (retrieve in store or shipping at your home).
- You choose your payment method (Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, Euro Card ,American Express), 1euro.com).
- You confirm your command
- We process your order in our logistic warehouse in Saint Ouen (near Paris) France
- We ship your order (if available in stock) between 3 and 5 business days.
- We send you by mail, the documents required to proceed to the registration in any European Country
The average shipping delay is around 72 business hours, most of the time it's between 3 and 5 business days.
The Shipping Cost for England is :
- Scooters 50/125, Kids ATV: 349 euros
- ATV for adults : 523 euros TTC
- Accessories : The cost is automatically calculated
For other countries, the cost is calculated automatically during the order process (before confirmation).

All our vehicle are pre-assembled and shipped in a box. You'll have to proceed to the last step of assembly by yourself (wing mirrors, battery, fuel / vacumm pipes, top box / screen.
) The final assembly will take you around 1h to 1h30.
If you want to receive a Road-Ready vehicle, you can choose Assembly option
The cost of the final assembly trough our service is:
- Scooters 50cc / Kids ATV: 89 euros.
- Scooters 125cc : 119 euros.
- Adults ATV: 145 euros TTC.
For safety reasons, the vehicles are shipped without fuel but oil level are checked.
We'll provide you with the documents required to proceed to your registration, you'll receive an European Certificate of Conformity (ECC) along with original invoice.
With this document, you will be able to fill a registration to the DVLA (registration costs £55).
Once you get your registration you'll be able to make your plate.
Your required to insure your vehicle before going on the road. If you need a quote, you need to address to the insurance comapny of your choice.
You can make your vehicle service at the Repair Shop of your choice.
Service steps are: 500,1500,3000,5000 km
All our vehicle are sold with a One Year Part Waranty or 3000km excluding wearing parts.

To take advantage of your warranty, you'll need to send us the defective parts and we'll send you a replacing one .
